For music from the catalog: 

  • Show leases include regional protection (200 mile radius) and competition protection when submitted. 
  • Basic Catalog Music Packages are delivered as is with no editing
  • Premier Catalog Music Packages include editing for solo assignments, level and range adjustments, and scoring adjustments. (NOTE: Requested adjustments beyond these elements may require additional fees at the discretion of Chris Creswell.)
  • Any wholesale new writing will be pro-rated at the per-minute custom writing rate of $700 a minute. 
  • You can mix and match songs from any show to create your own custom production with a Premier Catalog Music Package
  • You can also mix and match custom writing with previously arranged music from the catalog. Price will be negotiated after consultation.
  • Licensing required for all shows using copyrighted music. Visit the licensing page for more info. CCMD will provide assistance when requested. 
  • Sibelius or XML files provided upon request for self editing and percussion writers. No charge. 
  • CCMD no longer directly offers custom percussion and electronic services.

For custom arranged music: 

  • Shows include exclusive performance rights for the entire school year in which the design was commissioned. If the performance year needs to be adjusted, please communicate prior to the start of the corresponding school year. A custom designed show will not be available for public lease until after the year of your exclusive performance. 
  • Custom arranged music includes unlimited editing. We will continue to craft the show until it is to the clients liking. The only exception is when wholesale sections of a design is completely replaced with new ideas in which case an additional pro-rated per-minute of music arranging fee ($700) may be applied on top of the flat rate design fee.   • Sibelius or XML files provided upon request. No charge. 
  • Custom arranging includes a wind book and robust front ensemble sketch.
